STUFFED SANDWICH LOAF 
DRESSING:

1/4 c. red wine vinegar
4 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. salt

SANDWICH:

1 loaf crusty French bread
4 slices ham or turkey, sliced julienne
6 slices Swiss cheese, sliced julienne
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1/2 c. thinly sliced onion
2 c. thinly shredded lettuce
Mayonnaise
1 tomato, thinly sliced

Combine dressing ingredients. Place ham, cheese, mushrooms, onions, lettuce, tomato in dressing and toss. Cut bread lengthwise, but don't separate. Pull out some of the inside of the bread. Spread mayonnaise, stuff with meat and cheese mixture. Wrap with plastic wrap securely. Refrigerate 20-60 minutes. Cut loaf with wrap on it to keep filling in the sandwich.
