PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
1 lg. can chunk pineapple, drained
1 c. sharp grated cheese
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 stick butter, melted
1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs

Combine pineapple and cheese. Mix flour and sugar together and add to pineapple mixture. Pour into a buttered 2 quart casserole dish. Cover with Ritz cracker crumbs and pour butter over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
