PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE | |
3/4 c. sugar 1/2 c. flour 1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese (grated) 2 c. crushed pineapple, partially drained 1 individual pkg. (33) Ritz crackers, made into crumbs 1 stick butter, melted 1/2 c. chopped pecans Butter 8 x 8 pan and spread in pineapple. Mix sugar, flour, cheese and spread over pineapple. Mix cracker crumbs and melted butter. Spread over pineapple mixture. Top with 1/2 cup chopped pecans and a little grated cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. |
