SAUSAGE & PINEAPPLE 
2 lb. lean ground pork
2 tbsp. water
1/2 c. cereal
1 can pineapple chunks
1 c. liquid (juice & water)
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. maraschino cherries, drained

Mix pork and cereal and form into small balls. Brown slowly with the water in the pan. Combine sugar, cornstarch, juices and water. Cook until thick, stirring constantly. Fold in green pepper, cherries, pineapple chunks. Pour over meatballs and serve hot from a chafing dish or crock pot.
