3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, not drained
1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
2 c. diced bananas
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Do not use mixer, use spoon. Sift dry ingredients together, add remaining ingredients. Stir until all dry ingredients are blended. Pour into greased and floured tube pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake 1 hour and 10 minutes.

CREAMY ICING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3 1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. butter

Soften cheese. Blend in remaining ingredients until smooth.
