1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. Crisco
3 oz. cream cheese

FILLING:

2 tbsp. onion
2 tbsp. green pepper
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. seasoning salt
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. chili sauce
1/8 tsp. pepper

Saute finely chopped onion and green pepper in Crisco until tender. Add 1/2 pound ground beef and brown. Remove from heat and add the remainder of the ingredients. Sift together 1 cup flour and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Cut in 1/4 cup Crisco and 3 ounces cream cheese until particles are fine. Sprinkle 2 or 3 tablespoons water over mixture and mix until dough clings together. Form into a ball and chill 2 hours.

Divide dough into 2 parts, roll out half of chilled dough on floured surface to 15"x6" rectangle. Spread on half of meat mixture. Roll as for jelly roll, starting with 15" side. Seal edges; place on ungreased cookie sheet. Repeat with the remaining dough and meat. Bake at 450 degrees for 14 to 16 minutes. Cut in 1" slices. Serve hot.
