CREAMY BEEF SALAD 
1 lb. lean ground beef
Salt and pepper to taste
2 c. macaroni twists
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. pickle relish
2 tbsp. minced onion
1 c. finely chopped celery
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. cream

Brown hamburger lightly, add salt and pepper. Drain well and chill. Boil macaroni twists in salted water according to directions. Drain and chill. Combine mayonnaise with cream, relish, fresh vegetables. Lightly toss mayonnaise mixture with chilled meat and macaroni twists. Chill about 2 hours before serving on a bed of lettuce.
