HAMBURGER QUICHE 
1 unbaked pie shell
1/2 lg. hamburger
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese (may use 1/4 c. Mozzarella & 1/4 c. Cheddar)
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
Salt to taste (about 1/2 tsp.)

Brown hamburger, onion and green pepper; drain. Blend mayonnaise, milk, eggs, salt and cornstarch. Mix with meat, then stir in cheese. Pour into pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
