BEEF OR TURKEY BISCUIT ROLL
1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef or ground turkey
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. catsup
1 beaten egg
3/4 tsp. salt
Pepper
3 c. Bisquick
1 c. milk

SAUCE:

1 can cream of celery or mushroom soup
2/3 c. milk

Mix together ground meat, onion, mayonnaise, catsup, egg, salt and pepper. Set this aside. Mix thoroughly the Bisquick and milk. Turn this mixture out onto a lightly floured board. Roll and pat into a rectangular shape about 12 x 18 inches. Spread meat mixture evenly over the surface. Roll up (as for jelly roll) and cut into 1 1/2 inch thick slices. Place slices in greased tea ring dish and bake in hot oven at 375 to 400 degrees for 25 minutes.

SAUCE: Combine the soup and milk and bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring often. Pour over the rolls right after removing them from oven. Serve at once.
