BUTTER CRUST 
1/2 c. butter
2 tbsp. sugar
1 c. flour

Combine butter and sugar. Do not cream. Add flour; mix just until a dough will form. Press mixture evenly over bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie pan with well-floured fingers. Bake at 375 degrees for 12-15 minutes (until lightly browned).
