CARAMEL ROLLS | |
2 loaves frozen bread dough 1 c. brown sugar 2 tbsp. milk 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 c. butter 2 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant) Raisins, optional Grease 9 x 13 pan. Tear one loaf into pieces and drop at random into pan. Melt butter and add rest of ingredients, beat until smooth. Pour half of mixture over bread dough. Sprinkle raisins on top. Tear second loaf of dough and put on top. Pour the rest of the topping on top. Let rise 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Turn out of pan right away on wax paper or glass plate. You can make this at night and let rise overnight in the refrigerator. Let stand 20 minutes at room temperature before baking. |
