QUICK AND EASY CARAMEL ROLLS 
4 tubes Pillsbury Country or flaky buttermilk biscuits
1 c. brown sugar
1 stick butter
1 c. vanilla ice cream
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Put brown sugar, butter and ice cream in saucepan and heat to boiling point. Turn off heat. Pull apart biscuits and cut into fourths, I use a scissor. Put into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Pour the white sugar mixed with cinnamon over biscuits. Pour sauce over and fold throughout biscuits. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Turn out of pan and serve warm.
