EASY CARAMEL ROLLS 
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 lg. vanilla pudding (not instant)
2 tbsp. milk
2 loaves frozen white bread dough, thawed but do not let rise
Cinnamon to taste

Grease a 13 x 9 inch pan. Tear up dough in little pieces and place in bottom of pan. Add sugar, milk and pudding to melted butter and stir. Pour over bread dough. Let rise 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

I love this recipe not only for it's flavor and ease but I used to it make a loaf pan so easily by cutting everything in half! I also used butterscotch pudding and sprinkled dough with cinnamon before adding topping for an added mmmm! I like that you do not have to keep whipping cream on hand to make caramel rolls.
