Thaw bread dough but do not let rise. Roll out 1 loaf at a time into a rectangle. Rub with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Roll up as for jelly roll. Slice each loaf into 12 pieces (24 in all).
Grease 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle chopped nuts on bottom of pan. Place rolls over nuts, 4 across and 6 down. Let rise halfway, about 1 hour. 1 c. brown sugar 2 sm. pkg. regular vanilla pudding (NOT instant) 2 tbsp. milk 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Mix all together well, but do not cook. Pour over the half raised rolls. Let rolls continue rising at least another hour. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool 10 minutes in pan, then turn pan over onto serving tray.
