CHINESE BEEF CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. ground beef 1 med. onion, chopped 1 c. celery (half-mooned) 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 1/2 c. water 1 c. instant rice 1/3 c. soy sauce 1 can water chestnuts 1 can chow mein noodles Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown meat, add rest of ingredients except noodles. Put into a 2 quart casserole. Cover and bake 30 minutes. Uncover and bake another 30 minutes. Stir several times during baking. Sprinkle with noodles and bake for 15 minutes. |
