CHINESE HAMBURGER 
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. oil
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 can mushrooms (drained)
1 can bean sprouts (drained)
1 sm. can water chestnuts (drained and sliced)
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 can mushroom soup
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 can dry noodles

Cook celery and onions in oil; add meat and cook until done. Place rice, water chestnuts, bean sprouts, meat mixture in layers in greased casserole. Pour soup, which has been diluted with all the juices over it. Cover and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove cover; top with noodles and bake for 30 minutes more. Makes 2 medium casseroles.
