CHINESE HAMBURGER 
1 lb. hamburger
1 sm. onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. soy sauce (decrease if you prefer a milder flavor)
1/2 c. Minute Rice
1 can chow mein noodles

Combine all ingredients except chow mein noodles. (If you want a soupier texture, add up to 1 cup water.) Bake in a covered casserole dish for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Sprinkle chow mein noodles over the top and bake, uncovered for 15 more minutes.
