FRESH FRUIT ORANGE DIP 
4 eggs
1/3 c. butter, at room temperature
1/4 c. sugar
4 tsp. grated fresh orange peel
1/2 c. fresh orange juice
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 sm. pineapple, peeled and cut in "fingers"
2 med. apples, cored and cut into wedges
2 med. oranges, peeled and sliced
2 med. bananas, sliced

In jar of an electric blender, combine eggs, butter, sugar, and orange peel. Blend for 1 minute. While blender is running, add the orange juice and lemon juice. Pour the mixture into the top of a double boiler, stirring constantly over simmering water until the mixture thickens, which takes about 10 minutes. Cover and chill. Serve with the cut up fresh fruits. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
