CRAB CAKES 
1 lb. crabmeat
6 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. Italian seasoning
1 tbsp. fresh lemon
Salt and cayenne pepper to taste

Mix together and refrigerate for 1 hour. Mold into cakes (about 6 to 8 cakes). Broil on each side for 6 minutes. Pat with butter.
