MARINATED BRUSSELS SPROUTS 
3 lb. Brussels sprouts
2 c. cider vinegar
2 tbsp. oregano
1 tbsp. salt
1 c. canola oil
1 bay leaf
2 c. water
1 c. canola oil
2 tbsp. rosemary
1/2 lb. onions

Simmer for 30 minutes.
