GARDEN MEDLEY 
1 lb. broccoli, cut in thin stalks
1 sm. head cauliflower (about 1 lb.), cut in flowerets
1 lg. zucchini, sliced 1/4" thick
1 lg. crookneck squash, sliced 1/4" thick
1 lg. patty pan squash, sliced 1/4" thick
5-6 fresh mushrooms, cleaned & cut in half
1 med. sweet red pepper, cut in strips
1 med. sweet green pepper, cut in strips
1/4 c. butter
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

1. In a 2 quart glass baking dish or on a large glass serving platter, arrange broccoli around edge of dish; place cauliflower next to broccoli, and squash, mushrooms and peppers alternately near the center of the dish.

2. In a 1 cup glass measure, combine butter, garlic salt and pepper; heat 30-45 seconds. Drizzle butter over vegetables.

3. Cook, covered, 15-20 minutes or until vegetables are done as desired, rotating dish 1/4 turn every 5 minutes.

4. Rest, covered, 5 minutes before serving. 10-12 servings.
