VEGETABLE MEDLEY CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen vegetable medley
1 jar sliced mushrooms
3/4 pt. sour cream
1 lg. can French onions
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 pkgs. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. milk
1/2 stick butter
2 eggs beaten

Cook vegetables and drain. Add butter and eggs, then season to taste. Mix in mushrooms and sour cream. Add French onions. Smooth soup with milk and add to other ingredients. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.

Optional: Paprika may be sprinkled on top to help brown.
