1/2 c. onion
1 lb. ground beef
Salt and pepper
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 (8 oz.) tube crescent rolls
1 c. sour cream
Italian seasonings
1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms
1 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated

Saute onion, beef, salt, and pepper. Add tomato sauce and mushrooms. Pour into baking dish and sprinkle with cheeses. Pull rolls apart. Spread each roll with sour cream. Sprinkle with Italian seasonings. Roll up and place on top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
