APPLEBERRY PUNCH 
1 gal. apple juice, chilled
6 z. fresh or frozen unsweetened strawberries

Puree 1/2 of the strawberries in a blender. Mix puree with apple juice in punch bowl. Stir in remaining strawberries and serve.

Note: The puree can be made in advance and combined with a cup of the juice. Pour into ring mold and freeze. Just before serving, place ring mold in punch bowl.
