BANANA CRUSH PUNCH 
4 c. sugar
6 c. water
1 (46 oz.) can pineapple juice
2 (12 oz.) cans frozen orange juice concentrate
1 (12 oz.) can frozen lemonade
5 bananas
6 liters 7-Up or Sprite

Dissolve sugar in water; add juices. Puree bananas in blender with some of the liquid; add pureed bananas to juice mixture. At this point, the mixture may be frozen for later use. When ready to serve, add soda to thawed juice mixture for "spiked" version, add rum to taste.

Makes a lot - without soda, about 1 1/2 gallons.
