BAKED CHICKEN BREAST 
4 chicken breast
1 stick butter
1 pkg. crackers
Pinch of powdered garlic
4 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Remove skin from chicken breast and cut in half. Melt butter and add pinch of garlic powder. Crush crackers and add cheese. Roll each chicken breast in butter, then roll in cracker and cheese mixture. Spray dish with Pam. Place chicken in dish and sprinkle remaining cracker mixture and butter over chicken. Bake at 375 degrees until toast brown. Do not cover while cooking!
