1 lg. pkg. strawberry Jello
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. cold water
1 1/2 c. 7-Up soda
3 bananas, sliced
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
2 c. mini marshmallows
1 c. pineapple juice
1/2 c. sugar
1 heaping tbsp. flour
Pinch salt
1 med. Cool Whip
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add cold water and 7-Up. Chill until slightly thick. Add bananas, pineapple and marshmallows. Chill until firm.

In large pan cook pineapple juice, sugar, flour and salt until thick. Cool. Before mixing add Cool Whip a little at a time to mixture. Cool then fold on dessert top. Sprinkle with coconut and nuts.
