STRAWBERRY CREPES 
Crepes (as in Crepes Suzette)
1/2 c. whipping cream
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. confectioners' sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Whip the cream then blend in remaining ingredients on low speed. Chill. Spread on crepe, roll up and top with the following sauce:

2 pt. strawberries (washed, stemmed, and sliced)
1/2 c. orange juice
1/4 c. sugar

Heat juice with sugar. Simmer 3 minutes, add berries and remove from heat.

NOTE: Ice cream can be substituted for the whipped cream mixture.
