STRAWBERRY CREPES 
CREPES (makes 12) :

2 eggs
2 egg yolks
1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. oil

Beat all above ingredients until very smooth. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour. Cool.

FILLING:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
1 c. Cool Whip

Cool crepes. Spread 1 tablespoon filling down center of crepe. Roll. Chill. Spoon Cool Whip on top and top with fresh or frozen strawberries.
