BLUEBERRY COBBLER 
4 c. or 1 1/4 inches of blueberries, fresh or frozen (no need to thaw)
1 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
9 inch square dish

TOPPING:

1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 lg. egg, slightly beaten
3/4 c. milk
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. melted butter

Mix blueberries, cinnamon and flour to coat. Pour into pan. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in medium bowl. Add remaining ingredients, stir to blend drop by heaping tablespoon over blueberry mixture. Bake at 425 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
