PEANUT BUTTER STREUSEL PIE 
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour (heaping)
2 c. milk
4 egg yolks, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. peanut butter
3/4 c. confectioners sugar
baked pie crust
meringue

Mix sugar, flour and milk together. Add egg yolks and vanilla. Cook over low heat until it thickens. Then mix together; mix until mealy the peanut butter and confectioners sugar. Put all but a little of this dry mixture into a cooked pie crust. Save a little to sprinkle on top. Put in cooked pie filling and top with meringue. Sprinkle rest of peanut butter mixture on top.
