PEANUT BUTTER PIE 
1 baked pie shell
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 c. powdered sugar
1 sm. instant vanilla pudding
1 1/2 c. milk
12 oz. Cool Whip

Blend peanut butter and powdered sugar together until crumbly. Sprinkle into bottom of pie crust, reserving about 1/4 cup for garnish. Prepare pudding with 1 1/2 cups milk. Pour over peanut butter mixture. Top with Cool Whip. Sprinkle remaining mixture over top. Chill.

Really really good and easier than most peanut butter pies I've done, I think that next time I'll use a large box of pudding instead of a small box and a little less cool whip I'm not a big cool whip lover. But really great tasting.
