Heat 1 pound of link sausage in a skillet for 10 minutes in a hot oven. Remove about half of the fat. Pour Yorkshire pudding batter around the sausage; return to oven and bake 10 minutes at 475 degrees, then 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

YORKSHIRE PUDDING:

2 eggs, beaten well
1 c. milk
1 c. flour

Mix together until free from lumps.
