1 box yellow cake mix
3/4 c. oil
4 eggs, added 1 at a time while beating
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, don't drain juice (cut each slice into 3
pieces)

Make 3 layers. Bake 30 minutes, 350 degrees.

ICING:

1 lg. container Cool Whip
1 lg. can pineapple (crushed) (drain and juice and save to pour over layers
before icing)
1 box vanilla instant pudding (4 serving size)

Mix pineapple, vanilla instant pudding and Cool Whip. Ice cake with it.
