1 box butter-flavored cake mix
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges (with the juice)
3 eggs
1/2 c. oil

Combine cake mix, orange, eggs and oil. Beat 4 minutes. Pour into 3 layer cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

TOPPING AND FILLING:

1 lb. non-dairy whipped topping
1 box instant vanilla pudding
1 lg. can crushed pineapple (drain well)

Mix non-dairy whipped topping, pudding mix and crushed pineapple together. Fill and frost cake.
