1 box yellow cake mix
1 can mandarin oranges, with juice
1/2 c. cooking oil
4 eggs
1 c. coconut
1 c. pecans

Mix ingredients for 3 minutes, pour into 3 greased cake pans. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool.

ICING:

1 lg. carton Cool Whip
20 oz. can crushed pineapple with juice
2 small boxes instant vanilla puddings

Mix well (do not make pudding according to package use dry mix). Frost top and sides of cake. Keep refrigerated.
