CRANBERRY RELISH 
1 lb. cranberries
2 c. sugar
3 c. hot water
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped apple
1 med. orange & peeling
2 boxes Jello
1 c. crushed pineapple, juice & all

Grind berries and orange together, then add sugar, stir well and let set until juice drains. This makes the juice. Then mix Jello in the 3 cups hot water. Stir the Jello good and let set when cool, add to cranberry and orange and then add the rest of the ingredients.

Gels real good, freezes real well and goes real good with any kind of meat or dressing. When it is all mixed good, put in refrigerator to set. Keep it stirred up until set.
