FRUIT SALAD 
2 med. apples (chop)
1 1/2 c. seedless grapes (half)
1 med. orange (cut up)
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

DRESSING:

2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. honey (or 1 pkg. Equal)
1/4 tsp. grated lemon peel

Mix dressing. Stir into fruits and toss well. Chill 1 hour. Can add 4 ounce low-fat cheddar cheese (optional). Also can substitute 1/2 cup of low-fat lemon yogurt in place of the dressing.
