LUNCH ROLLS 
1 c. oatmeal
2 c. boiling water
3 tbsp. butter
2/3 c. brown sugar, packed
1 tbsp. white sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 pkg. yeast
1/3 c. warm water
5 c. flour

Cook first 3 ingredients and cool to lukewarm. Add yeast soaked in warm water. Stir in rest of ingredients. Cover and let rise in warm place until double in bulk, about 2 hours. Knead down and roll out on floured board. Spread with butter and brown sugar (not included in above amounts). Roll and cut as jelly roll. Arrange in greased pan. Let double in size. Bake 20-30 minutes in 350 degree oven.
