1 egg
2/3 c. milk
2 tbsp. sugar
1 1/3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tbsp. baking powder
Oil
Powdered sugar

Beat eggs; add milk; sift dry ingredients. Add to liquid mixture; beat until smooth. Pour through funnel into 375 degree oil. Coat with powdered sugar.
