SUPERB ITALIAN CHEESECAKE 
1 lb. cream cheese, softened
1 lb. ricotta cheese
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
3 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. vanilla
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/4 lb. melted butter
1 pt. sour cream

Cream together 2 cheeses. Add sugar. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Mix flour and cornstarch in small bowl. Add to mixture. Add vanilla and lemon juice. Add butter and mix well. Add sour cream and mix again. Pour into pan. Bake 1 hour. Do Not Open Oven. Turn oven off and leave cake inside for 3 hours or overnight. Remove and chill. Serve.
