ITALIAN CHEESE CAKE 
1 lb. ricotta cheese, drained
2 pkgs. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
6 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pt. heavy cream

Sift flour, sugar, baking powder in bowl. Add eggs, vanilla, cream and beat. Add cheeses and mix well. Pour into mixture below. 1/4 c. chopped almonds (opt.) 1/4 lb. butter

Mix and line springform pan well buttered. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Do not open oven. Leave in oven until cooled.
