RICE SALAD 
1/2 c. rice
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. boiling water
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 1/2 c. crushed pineapple
1 c. pineapple juice
1 c. cream, whipped

Cook rice, cool. Dissolve Jello in boiling water and add pineapple juice. Let thicken and then whip Jello mixture. Add pineapple and sugar to the Jello. Fold in whipped cream and rice. Chill until set. White grapes may be added if desired.
