1 c. salad oil
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 can Durkee French fried onions
1/2 c. ketchup
1/4 c. white vinegar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mix ingredients ahead of time. Pour over 1 bag fresh spinach. Add 1 pound of bacon, fried and crumbled. Add fresh sliced mushrooms when ready to serve.
