TACO CHICKEN 
4 c. cooked diced chicken
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 c. whole kernel corn
1 can chicken broth
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 1/2 c. Minute Rice
Grated cheddar cheese
Chips

Brown chicken in 1 tablespoon oil. Add broth, taco seasoning and tomato sauce. Bring to a boil. Add drained corn. Bring to a boil again. Reduce heat to warm. Add rice and cover for 5 minutes. Top with grated cheese. Serve with chips.
