CREAM OF BROCCOLI SOUP 
Unsalted butter
Flour
Instant chicken bouillon
Seasoned salt
Pepper
Milk
Green onions
Fresh mushrooms
4 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
Grated Parmesan
Fresh broccoli

CREAM SOUP BASE:

6 tbsp. unsalted butter
6 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 tbsp. instant chicken bouillon
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 1/2 c. milk

Melt butter in medium sized saucepan. Stir in flour, bouillon, salt and pepper until smooth. Remove from heat. Gradually stir in milk, bring to boil over medium heat, stirring frequently. Boil and stir 1 minute. Remove from heat and use immediately in recipe.

BROCCOLI SOUP:

1/4 c. green onions
2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
1 recipe of cream base
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 c. grated Parmesan
3 c. cooked broccoli

Saute green onion, mushrooms, add to base. Steam broccoli. Add to base with cheeses.
