GARDEN CASSEROLE 
4 potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 zucchini, sliced
1 onion, sliced
2 carrots, sliced
2 tomatoes, cut in chunks
1 c. chicken broth
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. summer savory
Nutri Grain wheat flakes

Spread potatoes over the bottom of a 2 quart casserole. Separate the onion into rings and place them over the potatoes. Top these with the zucchini, then the carrots and then the tomatoes. Mix the broth, pepper, and savory together. Pour over the casserole; cover and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Sprinkle the wheat flakes over the top. Return to the oven and bake for another 15 minutes. Serves 4.
