CRANBERRY NUT COFFEE CAKE 
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. Bisquick
3 tbsp. sugar
1 egg
2/3 c. water
2/3 c. whole cranberry sauce

Mix brown sugar, cinnamon and nuts. Set aside. Combine baking mix, sugar, egg and water. Beat 1/2 minute by hand. Spread batter in greased 9 x 9 inch pan. Sprinkle with nut mixture. Spoon cranberry sauce over nut mixture. Bake 20-25 minutes at 400 degrees. While warm drizzle icing over the top.

ICING:

1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. water

Blend together.
