DATE BALLS 
2 c. Bran (or corn flakes)
3/4 c. pitted dates
1/2 c. pecans
1 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. fresh (or frozen) lemon juice
2 tbsp. honey

Put cereal, dates and pecans through meat grinder. To this mixture, add honey, butter and lemon juice. Knead until well blended. Shape into small balls. Top with pecan halves. Makes 30.
