EASY CABBAGE ROLLS 
1 head cabbage
1 1/2 lb. lean ground chuck
1 onion, chopped fine
1/2 c. minute rice, uncooked
1 can tomato soup
1 1/2 can water

Lightly grease 9 x 13 inch pan. Slice cabbage in bottom of pan. Brown ground chuck and onion; drain excess grease. Season with salt and pepper as desired.

In pan or microwave mix and heat to boil tomato soup and water. Put all ingredients over cabbage. Cover with aluminum foil tightly. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
